Enrolment Terms
Enrolment at Little Roses is subject to:
- Completion of all required enrolment documentation
- Payment of enrolment fees and deposits
- Compliance with our service policies and procedures
- Availability of spaces in your preferred program
Payment Terms
Fees are payable in advance according to the schedule outlined in your enrolment agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We require two weeks' written notice for withdrawals.
Health and Safety
Parents must inform the service of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs. Children who are unwell must be kept at home in accordance with our illness policy. We maintain comprehensive health and safety procedures in compliance with Australian regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Little Roses Early Learning & Kindergarten and is protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in our care, Little Roses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
