Meet Our Founders
Little Roses Early Learning & Kindergarten was created from the heart, shaped by family, guided by lived experience, and inspired by a deep belief in the magic and meaning of the early years.
For Senthil, this journey is deeply personal. Rooted in family values of patience, kindness, and compassion, his passion for early childhood education grew from a desire to create a place where every child is truly seen, cherished, and supported. To him, Little Roses is more than a service. It is a promise to nurture young lives with care, intention, and respect, and to help children build strong, confident foundations for their future.
Muthu brings over a decade of experience as an early childhood educator, along with a genuine love for working with young children. She has spent years guiding little hands and curious minds, celebrating first steps, quiet achievements, and joyful discoveries. Watching children grow, gain confidence, and find their voice has been both her purpose and her greatest joy. Her warmth, intuition, and deep connection with children form the soul of Little Roses.
Becoming parents to two children further deepened Senthil and Muthu's understanding of just how precious the early years truly are. Experiencing parenthood firsthand reinforced the importance of providing children with a safe, loving, and emotionally secure environment, one that encourages curiosity, independence, and a sense of belonging. These moments as parents shaped their vision for Little Roses, a place where children flourish at their own pace, families feel supported, and trust is built through genuine care.
Together, Senthil and Muthu have created Little Roses as a warm, nurturing community, one built on trust, connection, and respect, where families feel supported and every child is seen, valued, and lovingly guided through their earliest and most important years.
